All charges are processed in USD unless otherwise disclosed. If online payment is temporarily unavailable, you may complete your order via our contact form and our team will arrange payment manually.
Charges appear on your statement as VELUNA FASHION or a similar descriptor provided by our payment processor. Contact us if you do not recognize a charge before disputing with your bank.
Sales tax is collected on taxable US shipments to states where we have nexus, shown at checkout. International orders may incur VAT/GST upon import per local law.
Refunds for eligible returns are issued to the original payment method after inspection. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
If you cancel before shipment, we refund the full product and standard shipping amount paid.
Items returned outside policy condition may receive a partial refund or be returned to you at your expense.
Allow up to 10 business days for processing plus 3–10 business days for your bank to post the credit.
Contact support@velunafashion.com before filing a chargeback. We provide order and tracking details to resolve issues. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account restriction and collection action where permitted.
Card data is processed by PCI-DSS compliant providers. Veluna does not store full card numbers on our servers. Use a secure connection (HTTPS) when checking out.
If we offer gift cards or store credit, separate terms will be published on the purchase page. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash except where required by law.
