Contact us within 14 days of the carrier's expected delivery date if a package is lost or arrives damaged. We will file a carrier claim or arrange replacement/refund as appropriate.
Unused items in original condition with tags attached may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method.
Unauthorized returns may experience processing delays.
Customers pay return postage unless the return is due to our error or a defective item. We will provide a prepaid label for confirmed defective/wrong items.
Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Bank posting times vary.
Size exchanges depend on stock. We recommend returning the original item and placing a new order for faster service.
